Our calzones and stromboli's like all of our other items are made fresh to order. We age our calzone and stromboli dough differently than our pizza dough. The dough is not only mixed at a different temperature, its also oiled and folded differently. Your taste buds will know the difference...
The Marinara used for the calzone and stromobi is not our special pizza sauce. All though many restaurants use the same sauce for both, we do not. The peppers and spices are pre soaked in a special liquid to prepare the ingredients for a 2 day aging process. On the second day the spices and vegetables are ready to be hand mixed and served to our customers.
